What is technology? I bet everyone you ask will give a different definition depending on what he / she is using. I’m sure your mom will tell you that technology makes her life easier because of all the gadgets that are invented, your little brother will say that technology is the latest generation computers and very detailed games, you will probably say it’s your cell phone. For me, technology is half-cooked food. It was probably the best invention ever. But that’s just me.

So we have established how we mortals view technology. But wouldn’t it be really interesting to see what it really is? Well, it’s about how the habits of a species and knowledge of instruments are supposed to make life easier, and how this affects its ability to adapt to its environment. This is a general definition.

We humans see this as the result of the interaction of various sciences and engineering.

Technology is one of those terms that can’t really be defined. This could mean anything from a motherboard to how a factory is organized. It can apply to virtually anything, because all things around us were at some point technological breakdowns.

How can we use it? As such, in specific areas such as “medical technology” describing only one aspect of science, or in phrases such as “cutting-edge technology” that is much more abstract.

We’ve been using technology ever since we existed. Discovering all kinds of things to make our lives easier is in our blood. And if they don’t exist, you can bet we’ll make them up. From the discovery of fire and the adaptation of everything we find in nature to our needs, to the World Wide Web and space satellites launched into orbit, we have managed to turn everything to our advantage. This is technology. Well, as our ancestors used to say, we have learned a lot since the wheel was invented about controlling our environment.

Technology is all around us, which allows us to interact on a global scale. Imagine that! One click is enough to see your friend from the other side of the world in real time. Not only do you talk to her, see her, see what she does and how she reacts.

But technology has also brought a great curse on us. We didn’t just think of good things. There are many destructive gadgets that do not make our existence easier, but only complicate or end it. Explosion! And this is not your child’s weapon, but a real one that could end your life in no time.

In conclusion, technology is what makes the world go round every day. Well, not really. It is done by magic, or the laws of nature. Technology is everything else, all the things that can’t be blamed on magic. The ant is about 99.9% of the things you use in your life. So the VIVA technology.
